TeleEye DM869 supports pan/tilt function with 352X zoom which allows users to view every tiny details of the object being monitored. The TeleEAR is used to record audio within the customer services area allowing the management to monitor customer service levels. The audio is recorded for playback at a later date if necessary.

TeleEye detects fire with TeleFire in Croatia...

In Croatia, TeleEye Hrvatska helps to prevent and fight for the fire using TeleEye remote surveillance systems and TeleFire. TeleFire is a simple, user friendly software specially designed for fireplace locating. TeleEye III+ VXB-16004 Video Recording Transmitters, TeleEye DM869 Speed Domes and TeleEye Multi-site Reception Software (WRS3-M16) are installed to map the fire position and to capture the real time video once a fire occurs. Video is transmitted through ADSL to the central location.

Users can view 16 different DM869 cameras located in different areas at the same time with the Reception Software. When there is a fire, the Reception Software will zoom on the fire using at least two TeleEye DM869 and display the azimuths (nort and degrees) of the fire position. TeleEye DM869 supports maximum 352X zoom so that it can produce a clear look of a remote fire. These azimuths will then be inputted into TeleFire where the exact fire location can be shown on a map. TeleFire makes it done by drawing a line from each camera according to the inputted azimuth values. Point where lines intersect represents the fire location on the map. All data can be stored in a text log file for further analysis.

It is indispensable for fireman fieldwork, since software gives location of fireplace on the map with main and local roads leading to it, so driver can be guided to the exact place with minimal waste of time. The purpose of this exercise does not just limit to detecting fires. It can also be used to prevent possible future disaster like accidents at sea and traffic control.

Property management employs TeleEye's remote surveillance technology to strengthen its management quality in an efficient and reliable way. Around 30 representatives from Macau Property Management Business Association visited TeleEye head office in May 2006.
